Humble Beginnings
LifeSpring Maternity Hospitals began as a pioneering initiative to make high-quality maternal and child healthcare accessible and affordable in Hyderabad. Over the years, LifeSpring has expanded to multiple centers across the city, remaining steadfast in its mission to provide efficient, reliable, and personalized care for women and new-borns. Each LifeSpring location is staffed with skilled teams of obstetricians, midwives, paediatricians, gynaecologists, and medical specialists who work together to deliver comprehensive, protocol-based healthcare. Collaborating with experts in other medical disciplines, LifeSpring ensures seamless, holistic treatment under one roof, supporting families at every stage of their maternity journey.

Dr Anitha Thampi
Chairman
Dr Anitha Thampi has an experience of over 30 years in technical and managerial positions with HLL. She has held a variety of roles in the company, including Vice President of HLL Corporate R&D, CEO of HLL Management Academy, the academic and social development division of HLL, CEO of Goa Antibiotics & Pharmaceuticals Limited (subsidiary of HLL), in charge of the HR department at HLL, and Unit Chief of HLL Peroorkada factory.
She graduated from the University of Kerala with a B.Tech in chemical engineering. She obtained her M.Tech in Technology and Development and her PhD in Municipal Solid Waste Management from IIT Mumbai.
Mr Ajit N
Director
Mr. Ajit. N is Director (Marketing) at HLL Lifecare Limited.
Mr. Ajit N comes with vast experience spanning 3 decades in Sales & Marketing. During his career in HLL Lifecare Limited, he was earlier responsible for the operations of the Consumer Business, marketing brands like MOODS Condoms, USTAD Condoms, SAHELI Oral Contraceptive pills, and social marketing. He played a key role in the expansion and management of HINDLABS, the Diagnostic Services Business of HLL, which today handles some of the largest Public Sector Diagnostic Projects in Medical Pathlabs and Imaging.
Mr. Ajit N is a B.Sc. (Hons) Physics graduate and MBA in Marketing. Prior to joining HLL, he had tenure with Bajaj Electricals Ltd.
Mr Paraag Sabhlok
Director
Paraag leads the investments and manages the India portfolio for Acumen.
Before joining Acumen, Paraag worked with Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation in the investment banking strategy team, where he was responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives- restructuring of business verticals, portfolio optimization, technology infrastructure development, growth strategy for EMEA region. Previously, he worked with the investment banking team in the natural resources sector focused on the metals and mining, where he advised clients on M&A opportunities.
Paraag holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indian Institute of Management Ranchi and a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Bharti Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering Pune.
