Transportable gate lapping machine (SL Series)

Portable grinding and lapping machine for repairing valve sealing surfaces from DN 20–2000 mm.

Transportable grinding and lapping machine for repairing sealing surfaces in gate valves and non-return valves, as well as on gate valve wedges and flanges from DN 20-2000 mm (3/4"-80"). The SL's optional lapping equipment includes matching lapping wheels and lapping spindles, as well as lapping paste and accessories. SL machines can be used universally in conventional power plants, nuclear power plants, inspection companies, refineries, chemical plants, shipyards, sugar factories, paper mills, on ships, by valve manufacturers and many more.

  • Special grinding wheels for machining 3° or 5° chamfers on sealing surfaces (especially for USA gate valves)
