MediVision Eye Care Centre is an NABH-accredited super-speciality eye care provider operating five hospitals — at Masab Tank and KPHB in Hyderabad, Warangal and Nalgonda in Telangana, and Badvel (Kadapa District) in Andhra Pradesh. We offer a full range of ophthalmic services, including cataract, comprehensive ophthalmology, refractive surgery (including LASIK, SMILE and SILK), cornea, retina, glaucoma, oculoplasty, paediatric ophthalmology, and squint care, along with international patient care and medical tourism support.

Use of this Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. • Appointments may be requested through our online patient portal, by phone, or in person. Booking an appointment through the Website or portal is a request for an appointment slot and does not guarantee immediate confirmation, a specific doctor, or a specific time;
• You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when booking an appointment, including your name, contact details, and reason for visit;
• We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify appointments due to doctor availability, emergencies, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes;
• Our online appointment portal (medivision.elihealthsupport.com) is operated on our behalf by a third-party service provider, and your use of that portal may also be subject to that provider's own terms; and
• Consultation fees, diagnostic charges, and treatment costs are payable separately at the relevant branch and are not processed through the Website unless expressly stated.

• Consultation, diagnostic, and treatment charges are as displayed or communicated at the relevant branch at the time of service, and may vary by branch, doctor, procedure, and clinical requirement;
• Unless expressly stated, the Website does not process payments; where online or third-party payment facilities are offered, they are provided by third-party payment gateways subject to their own terms, and MediVision does not store your full card or banking details;
• We request that you inform the branch in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, so that the slot can be offered to another patient; and
• Any refund of amounts paid in advance is subject to the applicable branch and treatment policy and to applicable law.

By providing your contact details and booking an appointment or submitting an enquiry, you consent to receive communications from us relating to your appointment, treatment, reports, and services — including appointment confirmations and reminders — by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Where you have separately consented, we may also send you health-awareness and promotional communications, from which you may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates from your service provider may apply.

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on our Website, including details of doctors, services, branches, and contact numbers, is accurate and up to date. MediVision provides 24×7 emergency eye-care support at select branches as indicated on the Website. Emergency contact numbers listed on the Website are provided in good faith to help you reach us quickly; however, in a life- or sight-threatening emergency, you should also consider contacting local emergency services or the nearest available hospital if you are unable to reach us or reach our facility promptly.

Patients travelling from outside India for treatment through our International Patient Care and Medical Tourism services are responsible for obtaining appropriate visas, travel documentation, and travel insurance. Treatment timelines, costs, and outcomes communicated during preliminary online or remote enquiries are indicative and subject to confirmation upon in-person clinical examination.

MediVision shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations, or for any unavailability or interruption of the Website or services, arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, power or internet failures, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
